- Payment must be completed at checkout or via instant EFT.
- Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment is confirmed.
- Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit card, Bank EFT. It’s your responsibility to ensure accurate details.
5. Pricing & Availability

6. Shipping & Delivery
Available options at checkout may include:
- Local Pickup (no cost)
- Pudo Locker to Locker, Pudo Locker to Door, Courier Guy, PostNet, etc.
Free shipping may apply for qualifying orders (e.g., over R1000). Delivery costs and services are subject to change, and tracking information will be provided when available.
7. Returns & Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled or refunded unless otherwise stated.
- Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
- Any refunds issued may incur a handling fee (e.g., 10%) to cover processing costs.
- Abandoned orders (not collected within 30 days of dispatch) will not be refunded.
